How to transfer domain registration to Pen Publishing Interactive

To transfer a domain to Pen Publishing Interactive, Inc., the following steps need to be followed:

  1. Unlock the Domain: Ensure that the domain is unlocked. This can usually be done through the current domain registrar's control panel.
  2. Disable Private Registration: If private registration (e.g., WHOIS privacy) is active, turn it off in the registrar’s settings.
  3. Request the Auth/EPP Code: Request the authorization code (EPP code) from your current registrar. This code is required to authorize the transfer.
  4. Send the Code to Us: Provide us with the EPP authorization code so we can initiate the transfer.

Important Notes:

  • The domain must be registered in your name to obtain the EPP code. If it’s not, you won’t be able to proceed.
  • Changing contact information to gain access to the EPP code may lock the domain for 60 days.
