To transfer a domain to Pen Publishing Interactive, Inc., the following steps need to be followed:
- Unlock the Domain: Ensure that the domain is unlocked. This can usually be done through the current domain registrar's control panel.
- Disable Private Registration: If private registration (e.g., WHOIS privacy) is active, turn it off in the registrar’s settings.
- Request the Auth/EPP Code: Request the authorization code (EPP code) from your current registrar. This code is required to authorize the transfer.
- Send the Code to Us: Provide us with the EPP authorization code so we can initiate the transfer.
Important Notes:

The domain must be registered in your name to obtain the EPP code. If it’s not, you won’t be able to proceed.

Changing contact information to gain access to the EPP code may lock the domain for 60 days.
