How to Setup Email Signatures for the Outlook Web App and Outlook Desktop - Office 365

In this video we setup email signatures for both the Outlook Web App and Outlook Desktop. Email signatures are important because they raise your brand awareness and provide a professional look when sending and replying to emails.

Please note if you want to use signatures in both versions of Outlook (Web and Desktop), you will need to setup signatures for both. Also if you have Outlook desktop on more than one computer, each computer's Outlook Desktop Email Signature will need to be setup.
