FlipperSD™ does NOT charge tax if:
User – Under the user profile Tax Exempt is checked.
State – The 'ship to' state does not have a tax rate assigned to it.
Product – The product does not have the “this product is taxable” box checked.
If any one of these three options are true then FlipperSD™ will not charge tax.
